About Even

At Even, we believe in a better approach to healthcare—one that covers everything, including preventive care, not just treatments. By managing the entire care journey ourselves, we make healthcare more accessible and affordable than traditional insurance.

Our small tech team has built multiple platforms from scratch, including an in-house EHR, telemedicine platforms, and user-friendly healthcare tools. With a wide scope and a lean team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects right from the start.

What You’ll Do

• Build intuitive and performant frontend interfaces for a variety of healthcare and insurance use cases.
• Develop consumer-facing applications that empower users to manage their healthcare journey.
• Create tools to support doctors and hospitals, such as telemedicine tools and dashboards, hospital portals, and appointment booking systems.
• Work on enhancing design systems and improving the user experience across all products.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate Figma prototypes into scalable, responsive web apps.
• Contribute to internal tools that improve productivity and team workflows.

What We Look For

• Programming Experience — whether through personal projects, open-source contributions, hackathons, or GSoC.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and React.
• An eye for detail and a passion for delivering polished, pixel-perfect UIs.
• Eagerness to learn and work on critical consumer-facing products in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with TypeScript and state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
